Plaza Construction announced that it has made new appointments in operations and management.
Kenneth Gross was appointed project executive. He has 40 years of South Florida experience in the luxury resort and residential market.
Alan Kaplan was named project executive and has 30 years of experience including South Florida’s luxury resort and residential market, Plaza Construction said in a statement.
Chris Lipke was appointed senior project manager. He has 35 years of experience including some of South Florida’s largest commercial projects. Currently, he is assigned to 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, a premier $100 million beachfront redevelopment.
“In their new roles, each oversees personnel and services from preconstruction through closeout, and provides leadership regarding project planning, budget and schedule analysis, safety, quality, risk management and contract negotiations,” the company said.
