Philadelphia-based The Klein Co. has applied for a permit to begin work on a 296-unit apartment complex near the Ovieda Medical Center.
Orlando Business Journal reports that the proposed $48.84 million apartment complex is a component of the 25-acre mixed use project. Plans have been submitted for phases 1A and 1B of the apartment project.
Documents list the project engineer as Maitland-based Madden Moorhead & Stokes Inc., Other key consultants include: Traffic engineer — Traffic Planning and Design Inc.; environmental engineer —Bio-tech Consulting Inc; geotechnical engineer — Universal Engineering Sciences; and surveyor — Allen & Co.
